MK Business Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Marcia Kittler, a certified business continuity professional (CBCP) who is passionate about helping organizations and communities improving economic security through preparedness and resiliency.

As President, Ms. Kittler builds her continuity management expertise on a foundation of experience in IT, operations, communications, marketing and sales, positioning her to work with organizations that want to resolve the crisis, and find the opportunity, in every disaster they face.

She is a board member for the Association of Contingency Planners Northern Illinois chapter, and a contributing member for the Lake Cook Regional Critical Incident Partnership, ASIS Chicago, and the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. Marcia also supports the needs of DePaul University's students and alumnis through DePaul's Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) program.
