MK Business Solutions, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Marcia Kittler, CBCP, who is passionate about improving economic security through resiliency.

As President, Ms. Kittler combines a unique blend of experience in contingency planning, business operations, communications and sales with an extensive network in national, state, county and local emergency / continuity preparedness and response communities, 

MK Business Solutions' experience leverages 30+ years of experience in IT and business management. Staff members include CISSP, CBCP, CCM and ITIL, as well as significant experience with a variety of sectors including:

Marcia Kittler is dedicated to promoting the value of public/private partnerships for continuity of community, business and government. She is a board member for the Association of Contingency Planners Northern Illinois chapter, and a contributing member for the Lake Cook Regional Critical Incident Partnership, ASIS Chicago, and the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals. Ms. Kittler also supports DePaul University's Alumni Sharing Knowledge (ASK) program.
